Stephen DeNardo

Mr. DeNardo is the President and Chief Executive Officer of ROIC. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of ROIC and is a member of the Investment Committee of the Partnership. He will also participate in the sourcing of investment opportunities and the execution of the investment strategies. Mr. DeNardo currently serves as an independent director and chair of the audit committee of Brookfield Property Partners (NASDAQ: BPY) and Brookfield Property REIT (NASDAQ: BPYU) He has held a license as a Certified Public Accountant since 1978 and holds the designation of Chartered Global Management Accountant.
