Dennis Irvin

Dennis Irvin is a Principal at Capital Security Advisors and the founder of its Real Estate Group. He is a senior commercial real estate executive with over 30 years of leadership and transaction experience in investment management, investment banking, and advisory services. Mr. Irvin has a strong track record in principal investments, including lending, structured finance, and direct equity across global markets. Previously, he served as President and CEO of Rockefeller Group Investment Management Corporation, where he founded a global real estate investment business. He also held leadership roles with CIT Group, Cushman & Wakefield, J.P. Morgan Securities, and LaSalle Partners. Mr. Irvin holds a B.A. in Public Policy and Economics from the University of Chicago.
