Biography
Balint Erdei is the Founder and CEO of Redwood Real Estate Holding, a leading Hungarian real estate development company specializing in premium projects. He holds degrees in Economics and a Master's in Banking and Finance, with an early career in international finance across London, Munich, Miami, Beijing, and Shanghai. Since 2004, Mr. Erdei has focused on real estate, gaining extensive project management experience in residential, hotel, and golf course developments. Under his leadership, Redwood Real Estate Holding has successfully delivered significant projects, including the LEED Platinum-certified Ecodome office building, the Fagyöngy residential park, and the 5-star Hard Rock Hotel Budapest. He is recognized as a prominent figure in the Hungarian real estate market.

Erdei is a finance professional completing his studies at the College of Finance, Budapest and MsC in the UK. Erdei started an international carrier by working in London, Munich and Miami as a finance professional, then joined GE Financial Management Program where acquired Six Sigma Certificate and worked in Beijing and Shanghai in the realms of General Electric. He is in real estate since 2004 and as a real estate developer on his own Erdei founded his real estate company Redwood in 2015.
