Jayant Parimal

Jayant Parimal served as the Chief Executive Officer of Adani Green Energy Ltd. from 2016 to 2020, where he spearheaded the group's significant growth in solar and wind energy, establishing the company as a leader in India's clean energy sector. His tenure was marked by the expansion of Adani's renewable energy portfolio and the development of over 1 GW of PV projects. An accomplished professional, Mr. Parimal is a former IAS officer and previously held the position of President at Reliance Industries Ltd. He holds a diverse academic background including a B.E. in Electrical Engineering, a CFA, a Master's in International Law & Economics, and an LL.B. He continues to contribute to the Adani Group, currently serving as CEO, Petrochemicals.
