Biography

Sergio Alcalde Delgado is the Director General and Founding Partner of Fortius Electromecanica, established in 1990. An Electrical Mechanical Engineer and Master in Renewable Energies from Universidad Autónoma de Guadalajara, he is a visionary in Mexico's clean energy sector. He spearheaded significant electromechanical and renewable energy projects, including the award-winning "Jalisco 1" solar orchard, recognized as the 2017 MIREC Project of the Year. Under his leadership, Fortius Electromecanica delivers cutting-edge solutions. He also served as President (2017-2019) of the College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineers of Jalisco, A.C.
